What is the return policy?
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery, for any reason. Where the return is a matter of personal preference, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us.
When does Nestrient pay every cost?
Whenever the problem is ours. If your item arrives damaged, expired, defective, incorrect, or already opened, if something is missing, if your package is lost, if you were charged twice, if there is a safety recall, or if you had an adverse reaction — you pay nothing at all. No return shipping, no replacement shipping, no fees, and your original shipping charge is refunded as well. The seal makes no difference in these cases.
When do I pay return shipping?
Only when the return is a matter of personal preference — you changed your mind, you no longer need the product, you do not like the flavor, or you ordered the wrong option — or when you are using the 90-Day Guarantee on an opened unit. In those cases your original shipping charge is not refunded, and you arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself, so nothing is deducted from your refund.
