Privacy policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nestrient collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to nestrient.com and to every interaction you have with us, including placing an order, managing a subscription, contacting customer service, requesting a refund, and receiving our marketing.
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read the two together.
Who We Are
Nestrient LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Nestrient LLC is also the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on nestrient.com. "Nestrient" is the brand name under which Nestrient LLC sells its products.
We sell dietary supplements directly to customers in the United States.
Summary
-
We collect what we need to sell you a product, deliver it, support you afterward, and improve the store.
-
We do not sell your personal information for money.
-
We do use advertising and analytics technologies that, under some state laws, count as "selling" or "sharing" your personal information, or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out — see How to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising below.
-
We treat anything you tell us about your health as sensitive, and we never use it to target advertising.
-
We do not sell to anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect their information.
What We Collect
Information you give us
When you order: your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and the contents of your order. Your payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor's systems. We receive only a confirmation of the result, the last four digits, and the card type. We never see or store your full card number.
When you create an account or subscribe: your login credentials, your saved addresses, your delivery frequency, and your order history.
When you contact us: your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to write in your message or say on the telephone.
When you request a return, refund, or exchange: your order number, the reason for your request, and any photograph or video you send us to show a damaged, expired, or incorrect item. Where you report a problem with a product, we may also record the lot number printed on the package.
When you write a review: the name you choose to display, your rating, your written review, and any photograph you upload. Reviews are published publicly on our website. Please do not include anything in a review that you would not want to be public.
When you sign up for marketing: your email address and, if you opt in to text messages, your mobile phone number.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit nestrient.com, we and our service providers automatically collect: your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and language, screen size, referring page, the pages you view, the products you look at, what you add to your cart, how long you stay, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Cookies and Tracking below.
Information we receive from others
We receive order and delivery status information from our shipping carriers, fraud-screening signals from our payment processor, and aggregated campaign performance data from our advertising partners.
Health-Related Information
This section matters because we sell dietary supplements.
We do not ask you for health information, and you are never required to give us any in order to buy from us. But you may choose to tell us something about your health — for example when you email customer service to ask whether a product suits a condition you have, when you describe your experience in a review, when you tell us why you are returning a product, or when you report an adverse reaction.
Under Colorado law and the laws of several other states, information that reveals a physical or mental health condition is sensitive data. We handle it accordingly:
-
We use it only to answer your question, handle your order, resolve your issue, or meet a legal obligation.
-
We never use it to target advertising to you, and we never share it with advertising partners.
-
We do not use it to build a profile of you or to make automated decisions about you.
-
We limit access to the customer service staff who need it.
-
We delete it from our support records when it is no longer needed, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Where a state law requires your consent before we process sensitive data, we will ask for that consent, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing support@nestrient.com.
Adverse reaction reports
If you tell us that you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, we record what you tell us, the product name, and the lot number. Federal law requires distributors of dietary supplements to report serious adverse events to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, so where a report is a serious adverse event we are legally obligated to submit it, together with the information the report requires. We do this only because the law requires it, we share the minimum necessary, and we never use an adverse reaction report for marketing or advertising of any kind.
If you live in Washington or Nevada
Washington and Nevada have laws that treat a broad range of information as consumer health data, which can include information about the products you buy or look at when those products relate to health or wellness.
If you are a resident of either state, you have the right to know what consumer health data we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of it, and to have it deleted. We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not do so without your separate written authorization. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nestrient.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request." We respond to these requests on the same timeline as the privacy requests described below.
A word of caution about reviews
If you write about a health condition in a public review, that information becomes visible to anyone who reads it, and it is no longer private. We may decline to publish a review that describes a medical condition or diagnosis.

Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients, and only what each one needs to do its job:
-
Payment processors — to take payment and screen for fraud
-
Shipping and fulfillment providers — to pick, pack, and deliver your order, and to receive returns
-
E-commerce platform and hosting providers — to run the store and keep your data
-
Email and text message providers — to send order updates and marketing you signed up for
-
Customer service and review platforms — to manage support requests and publish reviews

-
Regulators — where the law requires it, including reports of serious adverse events
-
Authorities — where we are legally required, or to protect our rights or someone's safety
If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Want the specific names? We disclose recipients by category above. If you would like the current list of the individual service providers we use, email support@nestrient.com and we will send it to you.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
Strictly necessary — keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout. The store cannot work without these.
Analytics — understanding which pages are visited and where people run into problems.
Advertising — showing you Nestrient advertisements on other websites and apps, and measuring whether they worked.
Advertising and analytics cookies share information about your activity with our partners. Under the Colorado Privacy Act and comparable state laws, this may be treated as "selling" or "sharing" your personal information, or as processing for "targeted advertising."
You can turn these off at any time. See How to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising below.
How to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising
You can ask us to stop using your personal information for targeted advertising, and to stop the sharing that some state laws treat as a "sale." There is no charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Ask us directly. Email support@nestrient.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call +1 (448) 418-8222 during customer service hours. Tell us that you want to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will apply your request to your account and confirm it to you by email.
Control cookies in your browser. You can also block or delete advertising and analytics cookies through your browser settings at any time. Every major browser offers this, usually under its Privacy or Security settings. Please note that a browser setting applies only to that browser on that device, so if you clear your cookies or switch browser or device you will need to set it again.
Opting out of targeted advertising does not stop you seeing advertisements. It stops advertisements being selected for you based on your personal information. It also does not stop the emails and text messages you have signed up for — for those, see Marketing Communications below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:
-
Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
-
Access a copy of it
-
Correct it where it is wrong
-
Delete it
-
Take it with you in a portable format
-
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling that produces significant effects
-
Withdraw consent to the processing of sensitive data
-
Appeal if we turn your request down
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Your prices, your products, and the service you receive will not change.
How to exercise them
Email support@nestrient.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call +1 (448) 418-8222, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Tell us which right you want to exercise. To opt out of targeted advertising, see How to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising above.
We may need to verify your identity first, which normally means confirming that you control the email address on your account. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you in advance if a complex request needs a further 45 days.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to show that you gave them permission, and we may ask you to confirm it directly.
Appeals
If we decline your request, we will explain why and tell you how to appeal. A different member of our team will review the appeal and respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may raise the matter with the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and we will give you the contact details for doing so.
Marketing Communications
We send marketing only to people who have asked for it. Agreeing to receive marketing is never a condition of buying from us.
Email — unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us.
Text messages — reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages, which we need to send you: order confirmations, shipping notifications, subscription renewal reminders, return and refund updates, and product safety notices. These are part of the service you bought.
